I’ve spent my career working in environments where clarity is hard-won: complex products, technical audiences, long buying cycles, and organizations with real reputational stakes.

I’ve had the privilege of working with some amazing marketers who have modelled skillful creativity, dedication, and passion. However, my most impactful learning has come from being curious about how an organization operates, partnering with and absorbing the enthusiasm of subject-matter experts, and being willing to ask uncomfortable questions of all stakeholders when the story didn’t quite add up. Over time, I’ve become someone who leaders turn to when something important needs to be understood, defended, or re-thought before going to market.

How I work matters to me. Authenticity, kindness, and courage are central to my leadership, and I believe strong work comes from environments where people are treated with respect, expectations are clear, accountability is shared, and empathy and rigor coexist.

I’m not energized by noise, urgency for its own sake, or performative leadership. Rather, I’m motivated by work that asks for judgment, the kind that requires listening, synthesis, and the courage to name what’s actually going on.

More than anything, I want to work for an organization and for an executive team that cares for the wellness of its customers and the humanity of its employees.
